INTEGRATE PRACTICE WITH CLASS TUESDAYS AT 11:30
Our Classic Hot Yoga classes are mirrored on the traditional Bikram Yoga Beginners Series, an amazing 90 minute practice designed to work every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland and organ in the body. While improving strength, balance & flexibility, you will reshape and heal your body as well as relieve stress and tension. Additional benefits include the prevention of illness, injury and limiting the effects of aging. Students of all levels and ages benefit from this total body workout.
Be prepared to sweat! Classic Hot Yoga classes range from 60-90 minutes, as specified on the schedule. First time students: please arrive 10-15 minutes early to be fully present. The room is heated, allowing for deeper and safer stretching. Heat heals and prevents injury.
Come with an empty stomach and an open mind. Bring a bath towel, hand towel, bottled water and a mat.
