90 Min. Classic Hot Yoga
Bikram Yoga is an amazing 90 minute class specifically designed to work every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland & organ in the body. While improving strength, balance & flexibility, you will reshape & heal your body as well as relieve stress & tension. Additional benefits include the prevention of illness, injury and the limiting effects of aging. Students of all levels and ages benefit from this total body workout.
Integrate Yoga 90 Min.
Integrate Yoga 90 is your Bikram practice and beyond. It is more intermediate. It follows the advanced class structure, allowing your body to strengthen and condition in different physical postures as well as the classic asana postures from the beginner's series. These poses will only enhance your balance, strength and flexibility. You go where your body allows and expand and extend from there. There's nothing to fear in this class, you just do what you can and enjoy what you do!
75 Min. Classic Hot Yoga
The teacher guides the class through the Bikram practice with grace and ease. Just a few postures are one set, so class ends in 75 minutes.
75 Min. Classic HY Practice
HY stands for Hot Yoga, the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises brought by Bikram Choudhury from India. This class is where a teacher practices and you joining, so a bit more fast paced than the 90 minute class and a lot less instruction. If you have never practiced before, don't be scared, just do the best you can. It all feels good!!

Buti Yoga is a healthy blend of yoga and tribal archetypal dance. You will have fun, sweat, and dance to your true rhythm!!
